SUP in a Bag, St Agnes
Carrying on the theme of relaxed outdoor pursuits; SUP in a bag provide stand-up paddleboarding lessons for people of all ages. They also do SUP surfaris, which is another great opportunity to explore more of the beautiful Cornish coast.
WeSUP, Falmouth
As the name suggests, WeSUP are a stand-up paddleboarding organisation where you can book instructed lessons, hire a paddleboard yourself or go on a SUP tour. SUP is such a good way to relax release stress after a busy week, so get yourself booked on for a lesson this weekend!
Newquay Activity Centre, Newquay
Open seven days a week all year round, Newquay Activity Centre offer all things water-related; surfing, SUP, jet skiing and more. Located just six minutes from Lusty Glaze beach, this centre is one of the biggest and best in Cornwall.

Porthpean Outdoor Education Centre offers one-off instructed lesson in outdoor pursuits, as well as summer camps during the holidays. Why not grab some friends and sign up to a summer camp, or maybe head down there on a weekend a try out the high ropes course?
