Twisted Tales, The Poly, Falmouth, 3rd November
Twisted Tales is a hilariously dark triple bill of riotous comedies that reveal the darkness under the domestic, the lengths people will go to for love & how to wash blood stains out of a carpet. Inspired by cult classics including The Twighlight Zone and BBC’s ‘Inside Number Nine’ expect a comic thriller of a night with not one, not two, but three short plays guaranteed to leave you on the edge of your seat. This is the hugely popular ‘Owdyado Theatre’s fifth touring show and gathers together three distinct and distinguished writing voices.

Ginsters Fireworks Spectacular, Saturday 3rd November, 5.30pm
On Saturday 3rd November, Cornwall’s largest free fireworks display returns to Callington, presented by Ginsters of Cornwall. Famed for bringing its Cornish Pasties to the nation, Ginsters is quickly becoming the hallmark of Bonfire Night in the Duchy, as the nation prepares to don their woolly hats for an evening of family fun. This year’s display will take place at Callington Community College and includes a packed programme of pre-show entertainment: live music, hot food, sweet treats and fairground rides. Doors open at 5:30pm and the first illumination will fire into the sky at 8pm.
Wenna’s Wonderful World, Acorn, Penzance, 18th November
Come and play with Wenna and her friends as they set off on a magical journey. Let’s start with some art and then sing and dance together in Wenna‘s World. Cornwall Macmillan Christmas Fair, Eden Project, 7th- 8th November
Cornwall’s biggest and brightest Christmas Fair is back this November, raising vital funds for Cornwall’s cancer patients. Taking place at the Eden Project on Thursday 8th November, with the Preview & Shopping Evening on Wednesday 7th November. The festive fair will take place between the two big biomes and there will be a range of Christmas gifts to suit every budget, as well as treats from local food producers.
