Roskilly’s, St Keverne
Roskilly’s is a working Cornish Organic Farm, on the beautiful southern tip of Cornwall. It started with selling their delicious Clotted Cream, then in the late 80’s, they started making ice cream. To make Roskilly’s ice cream they only ever use their own milk and cream from their lovely Jersey herd, which graze on pastures that have been farmed in a traditional and sustainable way for generations down on their organic, working farm on the Lizard peninsular in Cornwall. They have a wonderful range of ice creams, sorbets and frozen yogurts available, including flavours such as caramel crunch, cream tea and orange and mascarpone.

Treleavens, Lanivet
If you’ve dined at some of Cornwall’s illustrious restaurants and cafes, chances are, you’ve already savoured their sorbets and ice creams; they just haven’t shouted about it, until now. They pride themselves as the guardians of refinement, the eminent purveyors of superior ice cream. You’re able to by Treleavens in a tub, and on the shelf at judicious delis around the UK. A particular favourite is the Sticky Toffee Fudge, a nostalgic caramel rapture bursts straight out of ‘ye olde sweet shoppe’. The antithesis of delicate, this is no-holds-barred indulgence — the hard crunch of mini toffee chunks augments the squish of squidgy fudge pips; it’s rounded off with classic caramel ice cream.
