Pure Dance Fitness classes are held at a beautiful purpose designed studio on Cardrew industrial estate in Redruth. Teacher Amy holds all of her classes there and those classes include, Piloxing, Piloxing Barre, Piloxing Knockout, clubbercise, Zumba and Boogie Bounce for adults and children. The studio has led colour changing lights all round so there’s a mini night club ready to go for all classes! They even have a small soft play area with toys to keep children amused and free wi fi for the older ones.

Circuits R Us classes are aimed at over 50’s or beginners to exercise but all fitness levels and adult ages are welcome. The classes are based on a circuit format that can be done at your own pace and alternatives can be given if you are unable to perform that exercise.
