So at the start of every year, most people make a New Year’s Resolution, and the most common one is to get to the gym and stay fit and healthy. But for a lot of people, it’s difficult to know where to start; do you go straight for the gym? How about yoga? Where do you begin!?
Everybody has their own way of keeping fit, so what we’ve done is gathered a variety of different fitness classes and PTs in Devon, so you can keep your New Year’s Resolution going strong. If we’ve missed any out, let us know in the comments!
At Adrenalin, they run a range of classes and are constantly expanding their class timetable. From circuits, to yoga, you can do all sorts at Adrenalin! You can also have a go on their Ninja Warrior course, which is amazing!

Craig is a certified personal trainer, who can support you online, and in the gym. He also does a lot of sports conditioning and nutrition work. Craig has a variety of clients across the South West from all walks of life, so whether you are needing to get in shape, build muscle or just want to get a bit healthier, he’s your guy!

Work It is a small family run fitness studio in Newton Abbot dedicated to a personal service. They run fitness classes, therapies and workshops, ranging from PumpFit and YogaFit to CombatFit and JamParty!
Henry Littlewood, Plymouth
Henry is a PT based in Plymouth, who’s objective is to improve the health and quality of life of the public through exercise and correct nutrition. Henry currently offers personalised training sessions to his clients which focus on fitness and lifestyle choices.

Diana White, Newton Abbot
Diana is an experienced holistic therapist offering therapeutic treatments such as massage, the Dorn Method and Reiki. She also runs a small fitness studio in Seale Hayne, just outside Newton Abbot. Diana teaches various fitness classes however specialises in 1-2-1 Pilates tuitions and diagnosed chronic conditions.
The Yoga Loft, Plymouth
The Yoga Loft is Plymouth’s only dedicated yoga studio with a full timetable of yoga classes, yoga workshops and wonderful yoga teachers. Check it out if you fancy getting fit and healthy in an alternative way.
